Bristol Finish is
incredibly resistant to ultraviolet breakdown. Gloss retention
is outstanding, and it will not become brittle and crack or
peel. Designed to remain flexible, it withstands abrasion and
impact damage better than anything else. Bristol Finish
is not affected by gasoline, diesel fuel, teak cleaners, battery
acid and most common cleaning chemicals.
Fast
Application
Bristol Finish is a
catalyzed acrylic urethane system, and each coat can be applied from
1 to 24 hours apart, without sanding between
coats. Molecular cross-linking insures a perfect bond
between coats.
Just think- you can finish your project in only
one or two days, instead of taking 2 to 4 weeks to get
the job done.
Easy to Use
Bristol Finish is very easy to measure and mix in
either small or large amounts using a regular measuring cup.
There is a 6 hour pot life after mixing, so your working pace is
comfortable and not rushed. You can tailor
the mixture to suit any type of weather condition, and work in
temperatures from 30 to 120 degrees, and relative humidity of 0 to
100%.
Very Low Maintenance
Bristol Finish
will look good for 1 to 2 years without maintenance in southern
latitudes such as Florida and the Caribbean, and up to 4 years in
New England. When it's time for maintenance, all that is needed is
to lightly sand, apply a topcoat, and enjoy the results for a few
more years.
With proper care and very minimal maintenance, you
should never need to completely strip or remove Bristol
Finish.
Very Cost
Effective
Bristol Finish will save
you an incredible amount of money when compared to other
coatings. By eliminating the sanding between coats, you cut
out 75% or more of the labor required during application.
